Honestly one of the best butcher shops in Australia and their traditional beef sausages are THE best. They are so flavourful they dont need sauce or other condiments with them. And they dont upset the digestion like many of them do.These guys know their trade and offer fantastic friendly service. Always such a pleasure to buy from and the quality of meat is amazing.We have been visiting from Tasmania and to find The Craft Butcher has been a highlight.
