House Made Jerkey
A customer favourite! We make our jerkey in our in-house smoker. First, the meat is cut into strips and marinated in our choice of flavouring. Next, the strips are hung in our smoker and left to smoke, infuse and completely dry out, creating that delicious chewy jerkey we love!

Pickled Onions
Steph has started to make some of her Grandmother's recipe sweet pickled red onions. Perfect to have on a delicious ham sandwhich, on a burger with one of our Wagyu patties or however you like your pickles. You can grab a bottle of these in store.

Murray River Salt
Murray River Salt is Australias only source of naturally occuring pink salt. The Thompson family have been in the Salt business for 40 years, and have perfected the art of salt production. Murray River Salt is naturally high in magnesium & calcuim, and to a lesser degree potassium & iodine. The pink hue of the salt is a result of the mineralised brines that occur naturally in the Murray-Darling Basin.
The Local Yolk
The Local Yolk is the bright, fun and young sister brand created for the local people of Lake Macquarie, Hunter & Central Coast regions as a side kick of Lake Macquarie Free Range Eggs, owned by Farmdale Pty Ltd. They’re fresh from the chooks bum (less than 48 hours!)
Gourmet Granny's
We stock a range of Gourmet Granny's gravys & sauces, which are all 100% Australian Owned and Made. Granny's wanted to create a product that was flavoursome, not just cheep to make (like all the other supermarket gravys were at the time). These delicious sauses are the perfect way to complement your dinner!
Deb's Pickles
We stock Deb's Pickles! These jars of tasty goodness are locally renowned for their flavour and quality, having won a number of local competitions.
