Bucause our Lamb is sourced from suppliers that are all within a 4-hour drive from Newcastle, we know that it is as fresh as it can possibly be. Fresh lamb means tasty lamb!
As Butchers, we are able to supply any cut of Lamb you are after. As we only order so many bodies of Lamb in per week, availability is limited to what we have in store.
